Presentation

First Lieutenant Theis Oxholm is an independent Ph.D. Fellow from the Royal Danish Defence College who joined the Department for Business, Humanities, and Law on September 1, 2024.

He is currently working on his PhD project concerning Women, Gender, and Diversity from a Leadership Perspective in the Royal Danish Armed Forces.

Theis has a broad background, having both a military career and academic research. He has previously been associated with the Religion, State and Cohesion Project Team at the Centre of Defence and Security Studies at Massey University.
