Conference: Owner-Managed Businesses - Now and in the future

80 % of Danish businesses are owner-managed. In the next decade about 25.000 of the owner-managers shall transfer their businesses to new owners. The success of these transitions is essential for the future of both the businesses and the Danish economy.

But what challenges are facing the owner-managers in these transitions? And what can be done to overcome them?

These questions, and many more, will be discussed at the conference. Researchers, consultants and owner-managers will present both the newest research and share hands-on experience. Together they will debate roadblocks and potentials for the owner-managed businesses – now and in the future.
