Johannes Thorup Juhl holds an MSc in International Business (Cand. Merc. IB) with a minor in Finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School. Fields of interest include Corporate finance, M&A and company/portfolio/real assets valuations with or without leverage. Moreover; Private Equity performance, value creation, and debt financing.
Currently employed as Senior Associate at Catella Corporate Finance and part-time as a External Lecturer at the Department of Finance, Copenhagen Business School. Several years of investment banking/M&A experience, including;
REIB, Various sell- and buy-side mandates/underwritings, debt structuring, IPOs, and equity capital markets advisory.
