The 7th Annual Workshop of the Nordic Corporate Governance Network (NCGN) is to be held in Copenhagen on June 1st- 2nd, 2015. Leading academics from the Nordic countries will present and discuss current Nordic corporate governance research; in addition there will be keynote addresses by Professor Roberta Romano (Yale Law School) and Professor Morten Bennedsen (Insead).
