I am a PhD student at the Management School of Guangdong University of Technology in China. My research interests are international business and strategy management, and my PhD thesis focuses on the paradoxical tensions and management responses in the digital transformation process of enterprises. Specifically, this research explores what paradoxes enterprises face during digital transformation, how these paradoxical tensions evolve over time and space, and whether enterprises' strategies are effective in management response. In addition, I am particularly interested in the internationalization strategy of enterprises in the digital age, such as foreign direct investment (FDI) strategy and the deployment of the global value chains.
