Presentation

I am a PhD Fellow at the Department of International Economics, Government, and Business (EGB) at Copenhagen Business School. My research explores the intersection of public policy, entrepreneurship, and international organizations, focusing on how these areas contribute to sustainable economic development, particularly in developing countries. My work aims to uncover the intricate dynamics between national and supranational policy frameworks and how these influence economic growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystems in developing countries.

In line with the department's focus on Business and Government as well as International Business, I am particularly interested in the role of intergovernmental organizations in shaping business-government relations and international trade and in how public policy can drive entrepreneurial resilience and innovation. Additionally, I investigate the societal challenges that international businesses face when operating in politically complex environments, examining how these firms navigate challenges such as economic inequality, regulatory obstacles, and political instability.

I hold a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and an M.S. in Commerce and Economic Development from Northeastern University.

Primary research areas
