Anne-Karen Hueske is PostDoc in Social Entrepreneurship Education at Copenhagen Business School. She holds a Dr. rer. pol. from Dresden University of Technology (Germany). Her research on sustainability transformation of organizations, like sustainable innovation implementation, social/ entrepreneurship, and responsible management education.
Anne-Karen Hueske leads task teams on social entrepreneurship competency assessment and co-leads task teams related to quality in higher education and regional stakeholder management in Aurora 2030. Furthermore, she leads the work package Education and Learning the seizmic MSCA doctoral network on social entrepreneurship scaling. As institutional coordinator, she represents CBS in the executive meetings of the European University Network Aurora.
Anne-Karen Hueske researches sustainability transformation of business on the individual and organizational level. To enable societal change through business, her research focuses on the competencies needed by societal change-makers, such as social entrepreneurship competencies. She develops a scale to measure perceived competency development to better understand how to facilitate social entrepreneurship education and learning as well as to investigate how social entrepreneurship competencies influence organizational performance and societal impact.
