I hold an anthropology degree and Global Studies master's. I have been writing my PhD thesis on the intersections of recognition politics and domestic labour on digital platforms, particularly on YouTube. My dissertation employs digital ethnographic methods. My research focuses on traditional and modest Turkish women's digital labour, examining its ethical-religious, socio-economic, and socio-political aspects. I have co-taught Cultural and Social Theory and am currently a teaching assistant for Technology and Societal Transformations.
