Department of Operations Management
My research lies in the field of supply chain management with a special focus on sustainable procurement. So far, my research has been on techniques to measure cost measurements in sustainable procurement.
As a PhD fellow I am interested in the obstacles that stand in the way of advancing sustainability in production supply chains. Part of this is to investigate the role of management control systems as well as the supplier impact in the transition towards sustainable procurement practices. My intention is to research the possibility to use known theories and methodologies from other disciplines, in a SCM context.
I hold a BSc. in Business and Economics from Lund University and a MSc. in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School. From working as a practitioner in both Scandinavia and the U.S.A. I have experience in category management, supply chain transparency, CSR, and international logistics which will be useful in my current research.
