My research and teaching fields are: Work & organizational psychology, narrative organizational theory & analysis, worklife, identity and meaning of work. My empirical work is focused on immaterial and relational work of e.g. HR consultants (PhD), school teachers (Postdoc), and bank advisors (current research project). I engage with issues such as identity, meaning of work, work-life, work-life balance, stress, change, commitment and flexibility both in teaching and research.
