Presentation
My academic work explores the organizational aspects of collaboration, knowledge, and expertise in the workplace as well as the functioning and dilemmas of bureaucracy. I use ethnographic methods and practice approaches and have conducted studies in the aeronautical industry and the public sector. I am currently planning research in the field of cybersecurity on the role of collaborative structures in supporting digital resilience and collaborating with colleagues to explore organizational change in relation to social issues.

I also have a keen interest in conducting research in the Global South, making the organization theory and management canon more diverse and inclusive, and using art to develop our scholarly imagination.
