Department of Strategy and Innovation

Elena Pöhlmann is a PhD Fellow at the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. She holds a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from Hochschule Fresenius Hamburg, and a double-track Master's degree (MSc) in International Business from Maastricht University, specializing in Management, Change and Consultancy, as well as Entrepreneurship and Business Development. Prior to joining CBS, Elena worked as a consultant in the fields of technology and management.

Elena’s current research focuses on gender inequality in industries. In addition, she is also interested in entrepreneurship, education, and diversity-related topics. She is working under the supervision of Associate Professor Aleksandra Gregoric and Professor Marie Louise Mors.
