Greta is currently a Postdoc Researcher at the Department of Strategy & Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. Previously, she completed her Ph.D. in Management at Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna, Italy. Her academic work is deeply rooted in the field of entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on Entrepreneurship Education and Training provided by Entrepreneurial Support Organizations. During her Ph.D. studies, she examined how these organizations contribute to foster entrepreneurial learning and new venture creation. Additionally, during her master's degree, she conducted research on the dynamics of trust and human capital within the context of mergers and acquisitions, specifically focusing on the interactions between start-ups and incumbent firms.
