Presentation
Wenjing (Vincy) is a PhD Fellow in the Department of Strategy and Innovation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (Finance) and a master’s degree in information management (Library and Information Studies), specializing in informetric and patent innovation.
Vincy’s main research interests are human capital, digital transformation of firms, and innovation management. She is currently working on a project about digital human capital based on individual-level data from Danish register data under the supervision of Prof. Christoph Grimpe and Prof. Wolfgang Sofka
