European Consumers in the Digital Era

The European Commission’s annual consumer protection event – the Consumer Summit – will this year focus on ‘European Consumers in the Digital Era’. The event is arranged by the Directorate General for Health and Consumers and takes place in Brussels on 1–2 April 2014. Associate Professor, PhD Jan Trzaskowski from the CBS Law Department will act as Rapporteur on a session on ‘trust online’ which explores ways to enhance trust through intermediaries, trustworthy consumer reviews, and beyond.
