Consulting services for projects to create change
Companies often use consultants when needing to initiate change. But what does the company get out of utilising an external consultant for a while and in which ways could the collaboration improve?
The report deals with this issue on the background of interviews with 20 major Danish organisations. The report shows that organisations that utilise the assistance of a consultant during processes of change most often achieve what they wanted from collaboration.
The transfer of knowledge and competence can often be improved so that the company knows what to do when the collaboration ends. The report suggests that an agreement to follow up on the project after half a year be made with the consultants.
The report has been issued in collaboration between Copenhagen Business School, Dansk Industri and Dansk Management Råd.
The report is in Danish and may be read here.
