Two CBS researchers publish article on user innovation in the distinguished, international A-journal ”Organization Science.” User innovation has a high place on the political agenda in Denmark.

The article “Why do Users Contribute to Firm-hosted User Communities? The case of computer-controlled music instruments”, written by Assistant Professor Lars Bo Jeppesen and PhD student Lars Frederiksen, study how firms get access to innovative user communities via the Internet, and how they profit from users' idea.
