BSc SEM combines business economics and service sector studies and gives you an in-depth understanding of how to market, sell and organise a service in national as well as international markets.

You work with economics both at the firm level and at a national or international level. You will study both private companies and public organisations and the special economics of the service sector.
    Society and politics
The Bsc SEM deals with the management of important institutions in the society such as museums, day cares, hospitals and schools. You will also learn about the public regulations, laws and politics that all service companies are subject to.
    Communication in companies
Communication within companies and with the outside world is important for success. You will work with communication as a general aspect throughout the programme, especially in courses like marketing, organisational behavior and strategy.
    International business relations
It is an international programme that has an international focus. Trade, international exchange and business development are natural parts of the service sector today and therefore you will work with cases from different parts of the world.

The BSc IB gives you a broad understanding of business economics and strategy in a global context. You learn how companies analyse and adapt to the complex opportunities and risks inherent when an organisation does business internationally.
