James Yamanaka’s career in British American Tobacco has taken him to many different places since he joined nine years ago; from Asia-Pacific, to Germany, to England and now to Denmark as CEO of the Nordic countries.
Combined with his background as a consultant he has been working with strategic management for many years and it turns out that it isn’t really what he thought it would be.
