Associate Professor Lars Grønholdt participated in The 19th QMOD-ICQSS International Conference on Quality and Service Sciences, 21-23 September 2016, University of Rome, Italy. Here, he presented the paper "Trust in customer satisfaction formation: A study of retail banking in two national markets", authored in cooperation with Professor Torben Hansen, Associate Professor Anne Martensen and Assoiate Professor Alexander Josiassen.
The paper won the Best Paper Award.
