Research and Development Project on Management of Inclusive Learning Environments (Inkluderende læringsmiljø)
Abstract:
The research aims at investigating how school and business administrations' view themselves as public leaders in developing inclusive environments at the schools of Hillerød Kommune. The area of "inclusion" is under significant political scrutiny this year, both on a municipality and national level. The observation of management's understanding of its behaviour in the area will come about through facilitation of management laboratories, where the municipalities and relevant managerial personnel in a span of 2 years will challenge themselves and each other. The management laboratories will be facilitated by UCC, which the Centre for School Management already works with, among other things on a Knowledge Exchange for school management.
