Remeber to upload for quota 2

5 July at 12:00 noon is the deadline for uploading documentation for fulfillment of entry requirements. You must upload your documentation to your application on Optagelse.dk. Here are 6 things you need to know about documentation.

1) Upload documentation now and avoid the risk of waiting time

We recommend that you upload your documentation for fulfilment of entry requirements and check your application one last time well before the deadline – you can already start now.

Optagelse.dk closes at exactly 12:00 noon, and you may experience some waiting time on 5 July. If you upload your documentation close to the deadline, you might not be able to complete it by 12:00 noon.

2) Check that your diploma has been uploaded to your application

Your diploma will automatically be attached to your application if you apply with NemID or MitID. It is your responsibility to check that your diploma has been attached to your application on Optagelse.dk

Please note, if you have a foreign upper secondary exam, you have to upload your diploma to optagelse.dk. This also applies if you have passed an International Baccalaureate.

Do you have to retake an exam in August?
If you do not have your diploma before 5 July because you have to retake an exam in August due to illness, read more about what to do on cbs.dk > Documentation > Re-take due to illness

3) Documentation for supplementary courses, tests and exams

If you have taken supplementary courses in Mathematics, Social Sciences, Danish, English or another foreign language, remember to upload documentation to Optagelse.dk no later than 5 July 12:00 noon. This also applies if you have taken a Cambridge Exam or a language test.

Please note, you cannot take any supplementary courses over the summer to meet the entry requirements for CBS’s bachelor programmes for the 2024 admission.

You can find a complete list of all the things you need to upload to your application on cbs.dk > Documentation > Documentation checklist.

4) You cannot upload documentation for extra-curricular activities or motivational essay

The deadline for uploading documentation for extra-curricular activities and your motivational essay was 15 March 2024 12:00 noon. Therefore, it is no longer possible to upload documentation for e.g. travels abroad, work experience or your motivational essay.

5) Check that you have uploaded documentation to your application

You will not receive any confirmation that CBS has received your documents. It is your responsibility to upload everything correctly before the deadline. Therefore, it is important that you make sure that all the documents are attached to the right applications. If you can see that you have uploaded and attached your documents, then we can see them too.

6) You still have time to change your priorities on optagelse.dk

Did you change your mind about the order in which you prioritised your choices on optagelse.dk? Don’t worry! You still have time to change it. You can also delete programmes if you do not want to apply for them after all. Optagelse.dk is open for changes until 5 July, 12 noon.

If you are unsure about how to prioritise your choices, you can find our advice for choosing the right programme(s) on the page Choosing well.

If you have a Danish upper secondary exam, you can also add programmes that you want to apply for in Quota 1.

Please note, you cannot apply for a new programme in Quota 2.
