ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The aim of the SME corporate governance course is to give a basic insight into the most common tasks and challenges that board members in small and medium-sized enterprises are facing.

The course is relevant for board members in small and medium-sized companies that have middle to low experience, or are searching for new tools and knowledge to create a more value adding governance-structure. In addition, the course is relevant for owner-managers considering the establishment of a professional board or can see possibilities in enhancing the current function of the board.

PLACE, TIME AND PRICE

The course takes place in SDU, Campus Kolding, Universitetsparken 1, 6000 Kolding, Denmark at the 30-31th of March and 19-20th of April 2016.
