In recent years financial markets have undergone a huge transformation driven by technology and regulation. Keywords are market structure and high-speed algorithms. Both the structure of the markets in which participants operate and the behavior of those participants have seen a phase shift towards increasing fragmentation and digitalization where trades take place in micro- or even nanoseconds.

At the ‪#‎People‬’s Meeting 2015, we as ‪#‎CITYzens‬ shall not only talk about the healthy city, but together with experts and stakeholders from the public and private sectors and from civil society, we shall as #CITYzens "work with a specific challenge in a ‪#‎LivingCityLab‬ and start a network to develop visions of a "liveable" city. A city which not only tourists enjoy – but for also its #CITYzens , i.e.. all of us who work and live in our cities.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
