Our research focuses on organizing processes and their consequences. We study many different kinds of organizational phenomena ranging from the dynamics of formal organizations – public and private – to the organizing of institutional fields, markets, agencies and networks. Our approach includes a focus on structures and processes, daily work and human relations, as well as the role of technology, power and politics. In so doing, we form an interdisciplinary collective combining social scientific traditions such as sociology, social psychology, political economy, anthropology and science and technology studies, and philosophy.
