At Wednesday's business conference, Copenhagen Business School introduced its new M.Sc. program on Customer and Commercial Development. The B.Sc. concentration is developed by Professor (mso) Anne Martensen and Dr. Ole Stenvinkel Nilsson with inspiration and input from 12 international companies and highly recognized professors at CBS. The concentration focuses on marketing and sales in the digital era. More specifically, the program addresses the competencies and qualifications needed in high performing sales and marketing functions in a digitalized world. With strong focus on omni-channel sales management, students will gain thorough insights into core concepts, theories, methods, tools, and techniques proven effective to build, manage, and position digitally-based marketing and sales functions in a company in order to increase business performance, create value, and develop sustainable competitive advantages.
