Two cbsCSR research projects were represented at the Science in the City Festival which took place
from June 21-26 at the Carlsberg City District.

An exhibition about the MISTRA  Future Fashion programme (www.mistrafuturefashion.com) described and visualised the environmental footprint of the fashion industry. To engage the visitors, it was possible to participate in a fashion quiz and to meet a tailor who brought new life to old clothes. An exhibition about the Rio til Roskilde (www.riotilroskilde.dk) project highlighted the findings from the 2013 Roskilde Festival within the three major themes – food, waste, and housing. Two shelters/houses from the festival were kindly provided by Rockwool. They illustrated the potentials of the festival to serve as a city lab for sustainable solutions.

The two cbsCSR exhibitions at the Science in the City Festival were supported by the Sustainability Platform. The Science in the City Festival was part of the Euroscience Open Forum (ESOF), which was held for the first time in Copenhagen.
