Professor Kai Hockerts participates in new Erasmus+ project

Professor Kai Hockerts is part of the “Aurora Alliance” project , a three-year Erasmus+ pan-European research effort. The Aurora European University alliance (AURORA) aims to equip a diverse student population with the skills and mindset to contribute to addressing societal challenges as social entrepreneurs and innovators.

CBS will be the leader for two work packages, one that aims to identify and measure the competencies needed by students and the other to deliver social entrepreneurship education offers to Aurora students.

The project aims to develop the tools, institutional structures and culture to create the skills and mindset, the mode of collaboration. We will produce and apply a Competences Framework, develop and implement joint courses on e.g. General Learning outcomes and Service Learning, as well as joint courses in the four domains, in Social Entrepreneurship & Innovation and in the SDG-perspective. All education efforts will accompanied by dedicated research efforts.
