HR International Support

HR International Support is a part of HR at CBS. We work exclusively with recruitment, retention, immigration, relocation and integration of international faculty members and their families. We primarily work as consultants for our research environment and their management, but also offer personal consultancy for international faculty members on the following matters:

• contractual conditions
• work and residence permits
• Danish ID, taxation and social security
• relocation and staff mobility
• spouse/partner support
• language courses
• cultural/societal challenges

All new international faculty members are offered a meeting with an International HR Consultant to discuss the most important aspects of an employment.

HR international Support organizes introduction to CBS programme, which runs twice a year (spring and autumn) and consists of a number of presentations, each dealing with an aspect of being a faculty member and/or international employee at CBS.
