Content Manager with SoMe skills for Copenhagen Business School Executive Education programmes

Copenhagen Business School offers multiple options for Executive Education though its HD, Executive Master and MBA programmes. Your job will be to create content for the Executive Education programmes in order to support our marketing efforts towards local and global audiences. You will be joining the Marketing team supporting the Executive Education programme portfolio.

As our Content Manager you will be responsible for creating engaging and inspiring content for our marketing activities; website, writing short form content and newsletters, articles and interviews, coordinating content production with external partners and other ad hoc content-related tasks. You enjoy working and being creative with social media, and you are also able to create simple designs in Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva.

Core responsibilities:

  • Create & publish engaging content across all platforms, such as, own website, external websites, emails and social media
  • Stay on top of audience trends and insights and bring this forward in your collaboration with the team
  • Identify good sources/profiles for marketing stories, interview and write features
  • Brainstorm new content direction and test new content types for our digital strategy
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts (content written by external partners for example)
  • Write pitches and news updates for our websites
  • Keep our websites updated (coordination with student assistants)
  • Participate in creating & updating the editorial plan
  • Coordinate photoshoots etc.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A degree in communication, journalism, PR or another related field
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content (both visual & text) for web & social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of English is required.
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
  • Stakeholder & project management skills
  • Team player & an international mindset

Location and team:

You will be working closely with the marketing team, which comprises 9 motivated, internationally minded individuals, covering all marketing skills necessary to support CBS’s Executive Education programmes. You will also work closely with the teams, who cover admissions, programme management, careers, and alumni relations functions. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director and English and Danish are the working languages in the department.

Salary and employment:
Employment and salary will be in accordance with the current agreement made by the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations with regulation and salary dependent on qualifications and experience. It is possible to negotiate personal allowances upon employment. The position is full-time. Please note that you must have a work permit for Denmark to apply.
