Job Description:

As a Student Assistant in CBS Careers, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by undertaking various tasks including administrative tasks, event planning and communication tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing signature events such as Career Fair, Consulting Event and Graduate Event.
  • Collaborating with the team to execute and prepare for various events and initiatives.
  • Contributing to content creation for our website and SoMe channels.
  • Various administrative tasks including routine tasks
  • Assisting with evaluations and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, as you will frequently interact and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong academic and analytical abilities are essential. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Additionally, we value digital skills, including familiarity with relevant tools for communication, data analysis, or content creation. You must be enrolled in a study program at a university to apply, and enrolment at CBS is an advantage.

Salary and Recruitment Process:

Employment will take place according to the HK organization agreement and the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees’ Organizations (OAO-S Joint Agreement). 

Salary and Pension are determined according to the HK Collective Agreement and depend on your previous employment within the office field and educational level. It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution.
