Loyalty and an MBA resulted in a C-suite position for Steen Holse Andersen

Steen Holse Andersen, COO of LB Forsikring, managed to move himself into a C-suite role and his employer to a market-leader position using the skills learnt and the opportunities offered in the CBS Executive MBA.

“For me, an MBA stands for “My Best Advice,” says Steen Holse Andersen when interviewed about his notable achievements post-EMBA. “An MBA gave me the necessary academic coat to “hook” my leadership on and it helped me see the power of diversity in people and how we can benefit from working across different industries.”

Steen Holse Andersen always had his longtime employer in mind when setting his goals and expectations for his CBS Executive MBA, and he used LB Forsikring when working on practical cases in the classroom. As an outcome he was able to directly apply strategies and make use of his new skillset directly in his own organisation, successfully leading the company into a new technological era where the majority of its customers manage their claims online on a user-friendly platform.
